Wow dude, this is really complex! I see how you can see my music isn't very complex compared to this! First of all I really love the arp, really spooky and variational. The drums were really simple yet they kept the beat going quite well.
When I heard this song I can imagine something really dirty yet embarrassing happening to me, like an intro scene from American Pie ;)
Overall this is a great piece, I checked out your other tracks and in my opinion I think House is something you should set your mind too, but whatever floats your boat man! Haha, you earnt yourself another follower as well! :)

TaintedLogic responds:

Thank you so much, SideBySky! :D Yeah, I've done a lot of experimenting with genres over the past year or so. I might try to get back into making some more hardcore stuff, but it really depends on what I'm most motivated to finish. I have a lot of unfinished tracks on my computer right now, and I'm a little overwhelmed about choosing which of them to finish first because of the NGADM. It takes me a long time to produce content. This song is pretty complex, but I did almost nothing with the mixer, I used mostly browser presets and Autogun for the instruments, and the only one I modified was the crash. Still, thanks for the review! It means a lot! ;D

Wow, I'm am thoroughly impressed with this track. The piano is so well and beautifully done. And may I ask how the small reverse notes are made? They sound sick and I really want to do something with a reversed effect. This is really great guys. I'd love to hear more than you two. The beginning sounds like something in a Japanese Anime movie for the intro, haha, that's just my thoughts ^.^ This is wonderful though. Excellent work, keep up the great work! :)

Mawnz responds:

Thank you! :) I'm not sure what you mean by the small reverse notes I'm afraid. If you mean the ones at 1.08... I split the sound and let one "half" go through a panning delay so that left channel sounds first, and then the right. This so that you get a centered sound first, and after it plays in each ear. Oh and slow attack.

Wow. This is really impressive! The lyrics in this, they are so inspirational ;) The drop is really well done. And the bass effects in the verse, they are so glitchy and amazing! Let me guess. Did you use DBlue Glitch? That's just my guess, I use it myself, great plugin.

It's a long song. But that is definitely a good thing. I usually make really long songs when I enjoy making them. Not that 6 minutes is really long. But it's, above average. just means there's about enough time to really think about all the different effects and instruments in this song.

This is really great. I enjoyed it until the last second. keep up the excellent work! :)

Reali-tGlitch responds:

I do, in fact, use DBlue. It's amazing (and free, unlike GrossBeat).

And thank you for enjoying :)

Very dramatic. The on going arpeggio gives a somewhat emotional atmosphere and the wobbling bass in the chorus with the drums are really wonderful all together. It's slow, it makes time go by fast. I've listened to this a few times already, it's really great all together.

A really good inspiration to be honest, and a great example of chillstep. Most chillstep tracks I hear these days aren't very.. Chillstep. Haha. Anyway. Good job on this track. Would love to hear more from you, really enjoyed this. Keep it up!

Reali-tGlitch responds:

I hope to continue on making music, only getting better as I have been for the 5 and a half years I've been at it.

All of those different forms of Synthesizers, and the slow swells, they really fit together perfectly in this track. Like I said in Chilly Chili, it really gets in contact with my emotions, I don't even know why. Your music just makes me feel free, which is something only few artists have done with me.

The downbeat percussion really help the song gain calmness, and the arpeggios are beautifully done. There's nothing at all here on this track that I can see in a negative way. It's a really well written song.

I'll check out some more of your submissions soon. Really nice loop you've created here, I've listened to it over 4 times whilst writing this review.

Keep up the great work. Would love to hear more.

Mawnz responds:

Thank you. I am a bit flattered by these kind words, and it always makes me happy when people find my songs appealing to them.
Glad you liked it :)

This song is very emotional and spine-chilling. I can imagine it would fit perfectly in some scenery shots in a movie. The different notes really give the song a good atmosphere. The violins and what seems to be a smooth synth, and also the fast dirty sound really effects the song in a lovely way.

When the drums take a break and those chilling notes come in, it really drew me into the song, especially at the end, the outro really summed up the whole track.

I love this song, it really gets in contact with my emotions. Definitely a new favorite and you've earned yourself a new follower. I'd love to hear some more songs like this, the really ambient kind of emotional song. Spectacular job on this submission.

Keep up the excellent work.

Mawnz responds:

Thank you very much for that well written review! Really glad to hear it can make emotional contact with some :)
Thank you again, I'll try to keep making better and better songs!

I love the lyrics in this song! So understandable, a few points in my life this song would be perfect. The bass and drums both glide smoothly together, and the chorus is just a great laugh, great song altogether though, nice work! Keep it up. :)

Bafana responds:

Thanks dude.

I love the glitchy electronic content in this song. It's quite hard to keep track of as the sounds are relatively random. Overall with the drums and bass effects all mashed together along with the gaters and glitchy effects, it's a really catchy song that keeps the listener occupied until the end.
Great job on this submission. I'll check out some more and let you know what I think! :)

Poniiboi responds:

An honest assessment, which I appreciate very greatly. Could you PM me...I'd love to know whether this song, in your opinion, should be classified as "dubstep" or "glitch hop."

This piano. Oh my gosh I haven't even heard such simple yet beautifully written piano like this. Not to mention the bass and drums, and whatever the heck that amazing thing goes in the chorus is :P This gave me goosebumps, tingles down my spine, very inspirational. :) Good job! Love to hear more like this. :)

Lone-X responds:

Thanks for the kind words! I am glad you like it!

Peace and love,
Lone X

Nice beat. I like dance sort of feel to this song. It's not really dubstep. But it's still a really catchy and well done melody. I can imagine vocals coming in around 50 seconds of the song. But if it's a remix then I don't think there's any point.. It reminds me of the days of old techno when it was all being evolved into the many different genres of electro today. It's a real nice song. Nice job :)

I love to write and listen to music, mostly metal and electro, and if you want to know some of the sub genres then I go for Hardcore, Metalcore, DJent, and techno, trance and dubstep. The list goes on. Check out my SoundCloud if you're interested. :)
